Board meetings are on the UMCS School Calendar. The Board will meet for a total of 10 Regular Meetings from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Calendar of Board and Committee Meetings. Meetings are held at school in the Head of School's office, and can be moved to the nearby Sun Room to accommodate more people as needed. Any exceptions to the regular schedule are announced through the UMCS School Calendar and on BoardOnTrack, both of which are accessible here on the UMCS website.

Per bylaws, new members are nominated by existing members and approved by a majority of a quorum of the Board. This may take place at any properly noticed meeting of the Board throughout the year. Per bylaws, two Board members are elected by the Family Advisory Council. We are always looking for new Board members!
